How and where we deliver, what it costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
Where we deliver
We deliver all over Pakistan, to major cities and smaller towns alike. You can also collect your order from our store in Bhara Kahu, Islamabad.
Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan. The charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you confirm, so there is nothing added afterwards.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and on the courier. Ready-made items ship sooner than orders that need prescription lenses fitted, since those are prepared for you.
We will confirm an expected timeframe for your order when we process it. If you need something quickly, call or message us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
Orders with prescription lenses
Lenses are prepared to the prescription you supply. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details before we begin — this is to avoid mistakes, and it may add a little time to your order.
If you chose to send your prescription later on WhatsApp, we cannot start until we receive it. Please send it as soon as you can.
Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. You can also pay in advance by JazzCash or Easypaisa — see the terms and conditions for how manual payments are verified.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a courier cannot reach you, or the address is wrong, the parcel may be returned to us and a further delivery charge may apply for a second attempt.
