An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. It becomes a confirmed sale once we accept it and begin preparing it. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is shown in error, we will contact you and either correct the order or cancel it.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies to every order across Pakistan and is shown before you confirm. See the shipping policy.

For spectacle frames ordered with prescription lenses, the total is the frame price plus the selected lens price. Lens options shown as “Contact for Price” have not had a price confirmed yet and cannot be ordered online — please contact us for those.

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
• JazzCash — send the amount to our number, then enter your transaction ID.
• Easypaisa — send the amount to our number, then enter your transaction ID.

JazzCash and Easypaisa are handled manually. There is no automatic payment gateway on this site. When you choose one of these, your order is created with the status Payment Verification Pending, and a member of our team checks the transaction before the order is prepared. An order is never treated as paid automatically.

If we cannot match a transaction, we will contact you before cancelling anything.

When you order prescription lenses you are responsible for supplying an accurate, current prescription from your optometrist. We prepare lenses exactly as supplied and do not interpret, correct or advise on prescription values.

We may contact you to confirm the details before starting work. Lenses made to the values you supplied cannot be exchanged for a change of mind — see the exchange policy.

Exchange is available on eligible items. Returns for refund are not accepted. The full terms are set out in the Exchange and No Return Policy.

Some products in our range are described as inspired designs or replica designs. This means the frame follows a well-known style. It does not mean the product is original, authentic, genuine, official, authorised or licensed.

Eye Shop Optician is not an authorised dealer for, and is not affiliated with, any of the design houses referenced on this site. All third-party names remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe a style.

Product photographs are of the actual items we stock. Colours can look slightly different between screens. Frame measurements, where shown, are taken from the manufacturer's own markings on the frame.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of any health outcome. Our eye testing service is a service offered in store; please speak to a qualified professional about any concern regarding your eyes or vision.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
